Your Tasks

  • You coordinate and are responsible for the adaptation of specific ServiceNow modules and applications
  • You ensure that requirements and implementations take place within the framework of technical governance and set up the platform for the future
  • You ensure quality assurance and compliance with best practices, security and compliance requirements
  • You manage a team of ServiceNow Engineers, solving impediments and mentoring in their career and skill development 

Your Profile

  • You have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ServiceNow certifications are a plus)
  • You have initial experience in managing teams and project groups or are interested in leadership
  • You have practical experience in Agile working methods (SCRUM)
  • You have a strong team spirit and strong communication skills
  • You have a solution-oriented and process-oriented way of thinking and have analytical and communicative strengths
  • Your are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
