The Impact You Will Create
- You are responsible for the technical conception, creation of system designs and implementation of our internal customers' requirement
- You develop, troubleshoot and take ownership for IT solutions on our internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide
- You coordinate and manage the development for the ITSM area of responsibility at solution level
- You define and develop processes and their integration into ServiceNow
- You provide strategic and operational advice to internal customers
- Implementation of interface and integration requirements is also one of your regular tasks
Experience and Skills You Will Need
- Professional experience in the area of ServiceNow implementation, administration, service portal and UI components (ITSM)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP is an advantage
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
- You have knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
- You have a strong team spirit
- You have a solution and process-oriented way of thinking and analytical strengths
- Good English, both written and spoken
