We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform, helping streamline workflows and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools. The impact you will create

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements

Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure platform stability and performance through effective testing, debugging, and optimization

Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations

Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, ensuring best practices are applied
Experience and skills you will need
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools: Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant certifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
